- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was here today for the notary service. I believe it should be pretty easy procedure since I have my mortgage loan with the same BOA branch and I also have a credit card with them. The lobby manager directed me to the UPS store across the street for notary service and promised me he would reimburse me for the cost if I came back to him. Then he refused to do so after I brought back the UPS receipt. The reason is I don't have a BOA checking or saving account with them. I take the mortgage of almost $400K with them! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'd give you guys 0 starts if I could. Terrible all the way around. I came in to have a document notarized for my company (which by the way deposits about 2 MILLION DOLLARS A MONTH)... I was turned away because I personally don't have an account. I personally don't have an account with your company because you are quite terrible to do business with!
