- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I met Mr. McCuiston a dozen years ago when he represented the other party in a dispute. We wrestled each other to a compromise that all involved could live with. This saved everyone a great deal of frustration and money. That is, it saved everyone money, except Mr. McCuiston and my attorney, the late Paul Creech. They were both willing -- driven, actually -- to get the best outcome for their clients, regardless of how it might reduce their billable hours.
