- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been with BB&T for quite a few years now. From day one, they have been very helpful and accommodating. My work schedule can be quite hectic but they always seem to go the extra mile to assist me. Recently I needed to open up my new business accounts and had very little time to do this. Jannette at the Cornerstone Branch made it quick and simple. She verified and handled most of it over the phone. All I had to do was pop in and sign the paperwork. While I was there everyone seemed very pleasant. Nice welcoming environment indeed. It was by far one of the easiest transactions that I have ever had with any financial institution.
